Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
How to Return

- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
