Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders across Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 4,999 qualify for free shipping no code needed.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days depending on your location. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) usually receive orders within 3-4 business days. Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship all across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel through our courier partner's website.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes during sales. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at thebagmystery@gmail.com or call +92 3300569464 and we will investigate immediately.

What If I Receive a Wrong or Damaged Item?

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. To request a change, contact us immediately at thebagmystery@gmail.com with your order number.

What Happens If I Am Not Available at Delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply for a third attempt.
